Python project for web and desktop 50 USD project

50 USD project for the .py file and 15 for and .exe for desktop version plus 15 usd for a Django version for web. I need a Python scrit where I can split PDF, Merge. by page, size and directory ex: I need to set Directory where the files are, where the new splited or Merged to be able to set the new file name and new directory ( creat new directory if not exist with estipulated name : 0000001 auto incremented until the last file. Also I need to chose how it will be done, like max page grup, max file sizes. So it will need to the result like : total of pages, file sizes and compare the files bere the processes. I found most of online but not in a single code. I need it all in one code and as my example image that i share once we talk and you agree to do the work.
