Post Google Forms data to MySQL database

Hello, I understand your requirement. You can use Google Sheets API to read the specific spreadsheet and save it to database. We can use a Google Script and bound it to the form. The script will fire using onSubmit trigger. Every time the form is submitted, the script will fire and create a JDBC connection the MySQL database and post the response to it.
