Payment Calculator With Booking Function - Wordpress & Square API

I want to replicate the functionality of an existing price calculator (see attachment) using a simple format. The calculation will be made taking the following into consideration Size Time Required Distance From Base Distance From Collection & Drop Off Floors Involved Premium Time Fee When the user makes a request the system should check if the time is available and show the price. The user will then have the option to pay In Full 10% Deposit Payment is via the square API The booking will then be stored in a simple database Admin should be able to Change details Confirm full payment made Change booking time When the booking is complete the user and admin will get confirmation emails. The user can not double book a time slot so if its full the page should tell the user the next availability. Page layout should be almost identical to the example. Distance calculations should be done using the Google API If you are going to bid please make sure its accurate.
