Online Slideshow Tool (Java/PHP/Python, Bootstrap, Google App Engine, Google Cloud SQL/DataStore)

I've expanded the server side programming language to include PHP or Python (in addition to Java). The code needs to run on Google App Engine. I've made the necessary changes in the description. I'm looking for a talented developer who can develop the first version of a web application for me using Java (or PHP, or Python) and Bootstrap, deployed to Google App Engine using Google SQL or Google DataStores. The purpose is to have slideshows created by the tool displayed in a browser, full-screen, within an office environment. PowerPoint and similar solutions haven't worked for me in the past for many reasons.
