Need team manager

I urgently need a team manager to manage a small team of developers. Each developer has a different skillset and works on a different project. The manager who was managing all of this has gone a long vacation and may not return. I urgently need his replacement. There are some direct clients and then there are some projects acquired through online sites like upwork etc. The developers have poor English skills and thus cannot communicate directly with the clients. The person I am looking for will have exceptional English skills and will act as a bridge between the developers and the clients. Of course, this is basic requirement but if you have the expertise and will to do more, you can take over other responsibilities as well like marketing and bringing in more work, etc etc. Sky is the limit. Whether I use you for a few days or forever depends on your performance. It is a big opportunity for someone looking for a long term engagement. I am a busy person and don't have time to manage work and the team so the person hired will act as my proxy and will essentially act as an entrepreneur and this ofcourse requires special skills, and desire to an entrepreneur. The work initially will be very easy, may be a couple of hours every day. Take updates from the developers and update clients. Similarly take requirements, questions from the clients and convey to the developers. Make sure devs are working and delivering on time, etc. Please bid accordingly. Tell me about your experience and how much will you charge. Send me a couple of options (models) like per hour, per month, etc. Since I am looking for a long term engagement, I will prefer someone whose charges are "reasonable".

p.s. The developers work out of an offshore facility in Asia. Our head office is in the USA. You can be anywhere but some of your time needs to overlap with the clients and the developers so that you can do the required job efficiently. The best time to do that is between 8am and 11am US EST (Eastern Time, New York, Maryland). Convert this time to your local time and see if you are comfortable working during these hours. Thanks!
