Need some changes to category page of Magento 2

Hi i read your requirement : what I need is to make the content (category content) to appear BELOW the category products rather than the content appearing on top of the products. i will make it on magento 2 site i need following details from : 1. admin 2. cpanel 3. ssh to start work on message me soon as soon i make the changes also i have to do responsive as well Thanks Krunal
