I need public data from a local government website

I need public data from a local government website. I will outline what I need here with a link to the website. [login to view URL] I will need the data in a spreadsheet format one record (property) per row. You will need to choose the criteria to search by. Using the pull down menu choose "Land Use Code". In the field that opens on the left you will enter specific land use codes 401, 402, 403 one at a time in the from and to field. Click the "add" button to add that criteria to the "current search criteria" box. One the pull down directly beneath the words "Tax Year" be sure it says 2018. Click the search button. If the search returns more than 500 records you will need to add an additional criterion by using the Pull Down menu again and choosing Parcel Number. In the parcel number box enter the letter A then click add. Click search and you will find there are still more than 500 records. In this case, you can click the last page and get the first 6 characters of the last record and enter it as the new search criteria and the remaining records will be available. Anytime there are more records available than can be displayed you would need to do this procedure to continue accessing the data. The data is in each record, you would need to click each line that appears on the list to open the record. Once inside the record you will need to scrape the data starting at the top with ParID, Parcel Location, then moving down the page to Owner information gathering that information, then on down to mailing information, then legal information section and all of the information listed in that section. On the left is a list of links, click on the "Sales" link and record the most recent sale information if any is available. The click on the photo and download and add the photo to the data in the spreadsheet. Once the photo is saved with the data for that property click on the top link that says "Summary" on the left list of links to go back to the main page. On the right side of that page there is a box titled Current Record that will allow you to go through each of the records that were found during your search. Click the next record and repeat the steps above. There are over 12k records that need to be obtained. It is presumed doing so manually will be difficult & time consuming so an automated script would be preferred.
