Need EXPERT and TALENTED web designer + developer

Hello,

I am looking for a talented web developer/designer, or a team of experts, to develop a chatting network for me. It will be a website which allows two strangers to chat with each other. Basically, you open the website, and there will be option to connect to a random stranger and start chatting. And then option of disconnecting, and chatting with another random stranger anonymously. There will also be other options, like anonymous group chats, etc. Also there should be option of video chat and voice chat in a separate section with strangers… and an option to form friendships. The website needs to have beautiful and attractive design and graphics.

I am looking for a truly TALENTED + EXPERIENCED website designer. Someone who has amazing aesthetic sense. Someone who knows what kind of design a website should have, how it should feel when the user uses it... I need someone who understands the essence of design. You must be a professional website designer, with a great portfolio of beautiful websites you have designed.

Along with that, I need an experienced + expert website developer, who is a master of both backend and frontend. You must have true mastery over programming, and must be an expert in all the common programming languages, so you can develop a truly unique and amazing product without bugs and errors. You must have full understanding about how this website will be developed, how the audio chat system, and the video chat system will be implemented.

I am only looking for experts! So beginners and outsourcers please don't waste my time. I intend to have regular contact during the development + design process, so need someone who can work collaboratively.

I will need to see your portfolio of websites you have designed, so I can see if you are a talented designer or not. Please do not copy a list of websites from someone else's portfolio, and send it to me, without any proof that you are the one who designed and developed it. It makes no sense to send a website saying that you made it, without there being any credits on it, or any proof that you made it.

Send me a proper bid. Tell me why you are QUALIFIED to work on this project. What prior experience do you have that will help you in making this website. Do you have a team? If so, who are the people in the team? What are their expertise? Do you have a talented designer who can make a revolutionary design? What tools and technologies do you intend to use for designing/developing this website? How will you add the video/audio chat system?
