Modify existing ad exit pop-up plugin

I'm looking for someone to modify the existing WordPress plugin that does exit pop-up with ads. You can see it in action here: [url removed, login to view]
I need the following done
- If i'm scrolled down the page and ad exit pop up is triggered it doesn't show the the ads. It only shows the ads if the pop-up gets triggered at the top. I need it to show the exit pop-up ads at any point in the page.
- Trigger exit popup when mouse moves ONLY to the top. Not left, right and bottom. (I have an example if you would like to see it)
I will provide you the plugin. I will not give you access to the site.
