MMORPG Game Programming

I am a writer, translator and game story writer. I need to create an interactive multiplayer pirate game, but as I am not a game developer, I am seeking for a MMORPG game programmer with good skills who will apply for a special condition - I offer you to work with me for free at the beginning, and when we develop the game, we will divide the income in 50%-50%. We will work online. During the collaboration you will acquire experience and will be able to include it in your CV.
