Migrate SugarCRM Pro (v7.7.2.0) to SuiteCRM (v7.7.9) by End of April 2017

My client needs their SugarCRM Pro (version 7.7.2.0) data migrated to SuiteCRM (version 7.7.9+). They also need their reports, workflows, user roles, and WebToForm integrations set up again at SuiteCRM as well as anything else that might be broken. I'm looking for someone that has done this before and has experience setting up, configuring, using, and maintaining both systems. After the migration a lot of their features (reports, workflows, user roles, custom fields, etc.) will likely need to be fixed or recreated so you should have experience with all of SuiteCRM's features. The client may also need custom development for any SugarCRM features that don't exist within SuiteCRM however I would prefer to help them find workarounds rather than use custom development to fix every shortfall. They will need occasional support after the migration for at least 90 days and then probably ad-hoc support and maintenance. The power users already have questions about how to do things in the new system so I need someone that is able to answer them via email and provide well-written instructions with screenshots or videos. Occasional phone support may also be a possibility. Here are the specs from their hosted SugarCRM install: 53 Users 685 Accounts, 1 Custom Field 761 Contacts 912,034 Leads with 121 Custom Fields 681 Opportunities with 1 Custom Field 416,555 Tasks 448 Calls 11,947 Emails 5,424 Meetings 13,228 Total Notes (7,741 notes with attachments) We have access to their SugarCRM backups if that makes the transition easier. During the final cut-over there will need to be one last synchronization to ensure that all of the data has been copied.
