Merchant account API referral URL clocking

Hello There, I want an experienced developer who can make my life easier by doing the following... 1. I have a website in PHP that sells digital goods but my merchant account do not support that products. I signed up for my merchant account using another supported website I have. 2. When a customer place an order through my website A, they will be redirected to my merchant supported website B internally and payment will go to the merchant through API but merchant must receive the order from the supported website B. merchant account provider will never know the actual order page Website A, they must see order came from website B specific URL. 3. Order goes from Website B to merchant through API and API response will get back to Website B and then that response will forwarded to website A to determine if the order is success or failed and then website will process the rest. 4. All these happen in javascripts or internally so that user will not leave the website A ever. If you have any question, please let me know in chat. Thank you.
