Dear Sir/Madam,
We are working on the project for our client.
We need to have a scheduler on the site where people will go on the site and schedule Doctor Appointments for available time window that the doctor has. This functionality must be integrated with MySQL database where the client will send me updates from his Oracle database in interval 20 minutes to reflect the actual availability of appointments in the doctor office.
We have a very tight budget and need very competitive Offer within few day; once this project has to be approved next week.
