This is a very serious task. I am not just looking for a developer I will be looking for someone to create the site and stay on as the networking team. They must be able to properly sign up for the website. Make sure the marketplace has a front end area to sign up. It can be in the footer. If the person is already a registered member with the site make sure there is an option to sign up as well..
