Looking for Web Designer with experience in making well designed Wordpress websites at an affordable price

I'm the owner of a Danish Web Design company and due to overwork, I'm looking for a freelancer to help us out. You will be given continuous work if the quality of your designs are good and you work efficient and fast. The websites are fairly simple to make but requires you to have some idea of basic web design concepts. Example: We get contacted by a customer who needs a website for their flower store (No ecommerce), with pictures, sliders, text and maybe a contact form. We then find a suitable wordpress theme which has a design suitable for our customer. Then we design using our customers pictures and text, add the needed functions using Wordpress plugins or theme functions (If the customer requires something not obtainable by plugin we will pay you extra for custom coding the function yourself, which will be hourly billed) Customer then gives feedback, and we correct so it fits our customers wishes. What we require of you: - That you can link to a portfolio or examples of websites that you've made. - That you're willing to work for a fixed price on around 150-250$ per website (This will however be increased, should the job require extra work apart from the normal) - That your English is at a decent level for smooth communcation. - That you have experience with using various wordpress themes - You are creative and have an eye for designing - Experience in programming languages that are invovled with developing Wordpress websites: HTML, CSS and PHP. - Able to communicate using software such as Skype or Google hangouts so that we may quick and easy clarify our needs Hoping to see you as part of our team soon.
