Short description: i need to generate *.csv according data from database.
I need to multi select Hikashop orders and based on these orders data generate a csv file and
send it to email address(-es).
csv file name should be set in Component's Options + current date.
email address, subject and body should be set in Options.
Check attached file. It is exactly how generated csv must look like. Order numbers and other data is real, so you can check in my demo site. But you will need to build this on your own server and send me install for testing on my live website.
csv file contains this data (columns): Internal code VHL-1*, Sample-ID*, Clientnr*, Test Code*,
Sample material*, Internal code VHL-2*, Sample-ID mother, Sample ID-father.
Fields: Internal code VHL-1*, Clientnr*, Sample material*, Internal code VHL-2* is always
the same and should be set in Component's Options.
Sample-ID* and Test Code* should be taken from Hikashop order. Where:
Sample-ID* is Order number + value from custom item field.
Test Code* is product code.
For example: order number is S16 and there are 3 products in this order. Each product
has its own custom item fields which values are numbers 1,2,3. So in this case 3
lines in csv file should be created with Sample-ID*'s S16-1, S16-2, S16-3. If there is
only one product in order, then i don't need to add "-1" or "-2".
Which custom item field is used for taking this value is to be set in Options, because there can be lots of custom item fields. Exactly the same with Sample-ID mother
and Sample ID-father fields. So i need to be able to set which custom item field means
Sample-ID*, Sample-ID mother and Sample ID-father using dropdown.
Also in Options we need to map Sample ID-child to some existing custom item field, and
if in order there are custom item field mapped to Sample ID-child, then put Order number
+ customs items value to csv dedicated place (like in example order W19). If there is no
Sample-ID mother in order details, then leave it blank in csv (like X20).
I should be able to see and edit generated csv before pressing "Send" button.
I should be able to see all generated csv's in paged, filtered component's main window.
I should be able to download any of these csv from component's main window.
You'll probably need to use Joomla Component builder for that.
Component name - VHLcsv.
