Intranet site needed

I need an intranet type website created. How much would you charge for something like this? The overall function of the site is to help my clients see which advertising sources perform best for them. The reports will show which vendors to spend more money and which vendors to cut. I need to create a website that shows data from excel spreadsheets in an organized way. I already created the designs. I have a good idea of how the site will function, but I would also like your opinion on how to really make it work nice. Here are the pages and needs: 1. Login Page (each client needs their own login) 2. Vendor Source Report Items to report on are 6 things: Vendor Source, Cost, Website Visits, Leads, Calls, Items Sold I need to be able to add and delete sources easily in the admin section The view needs to be able to "sort order" if user clicks on a certain column title It needs to be able to be seen in grid format and bar format It needs to be able to change dates (this week, month to date, last month, custom, ect) Viewer needs to be able to turn off and on certain vendor sources. Viewer needs to be able to choose an option between "View All" and "View Only Paid Vendors" 3. Source Survey Page (this page data is different from the previous page) Items to report are on 2 things: Vendor Source, Amount The Vendor Sources need to be placed in categories (internet, radio, tv, newspaper, mailer, other) I need to be able to add and delete sources easily in the admin section. The view needs to be able to "sort order" if user clicks on the Vendor Source or Amount It needs to be able to be seen in grid format and bar format It needs to be able to change dates (this week, month to date, last month, custom, ect) Viewer needs to be able to turn off and on certain vendor sources. Viewer needs to be able to choose an option between "View All" and "View Only Paid Vendors" 4. Admin Page. I must be able to see each client separately, but under one login. I need to be able to enter/edit data for each client easily for the above 2 pages. Must be able to print the reports on a Letter Size paper.
