Hi there :) .. well if you want I could even setup the same setup using nginx with pagespeed module. This way you will have best performance in addition to various pools.. However, I am more than fine using apache and setup various pools. Each pool will be owned by a different user and they won't be able to access each others' sessions :) .. Let me know please..
