Mobile data collection tool:
I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using PHP.
• Require a new android application to be developed;
• The application will be used to log maintenance task for different locations;
• For each location, there will be multiple task e.g. Daily, monthly, yearly. The format of the task layout will be the same but the tasks will differ;
• For each task the application user should be able to select if the test was done (Yes/No), be able to make a note and take a picture of the task (item)
• All task should be logged in a database/excel for reporting purposes
• Upload of data captured on mobile should be uploaded/emailed to a database to assist administrator with reporting;
• Mobile might not always have access to mobile data/reception. Uploads should take place once connection has been established.
• All other functionality of phone should be disabled and user should only be able to use this application on the device.
