Help Upgrading Payment Gateway Integration for Custom e-commerce website

We have a mature web-based custom food ordering application that was initially integrated with First Data Payeezy's payment gateway a few years back. Payeezy recently updated their API and are requiring a move to the new version by the new year. Need help identifying the changes that need to happen in my application, implementing them and testing them to ensure the transition to the new version is smooth.
