Give My Website a facelift

I have a website that is a shell. The back-end is working great, I just need the front-end to get a face-list to look and feel great. you can view my site and superboatsearch.com. You will be someone who can think outside the box and be able to quickly transform my site into something that looks and feels great. My direction to you might be none specific, vague, and/or without guidelines. I’m relying on you to bring those skills to the table. I’m not a designer so I really don’t know what I will like until I see it. Be open to constructive criticism and open to binning what you have and starting fresh if it is just not working for me. There is really two parts to this site, the search home page and the results page after the initial search. Below are a few things that are important to me: 1) the site must be mobile device friendly. 2) You will make the functions elegant but proficient and effective. 3) Must be ADSense friendly. I want at least 5 areas’ for ADSense input. 4) Must be SEO friendly as well. 5) You code must be noted for easy translation. 6) Must have a hint of nautical theme to it. A very subtle feel. I do not want anything overpowering. You will have demo's and proven work that I can see to understand your capabilities. All I require is the above, but don't cookie cutter my site from something you have done in the past. Must be original and functional. You have open form to create what works as my only requirements are what I have outlined above. That leave a lot of room for you to create something wonderful. This should be very simple for anyone with good experience. I will send over my [login to view URL] and a mysql dump if you need. I’m looking for the end result to be plug and play. Meaning I just upload your files to my site and they work. Or at a minimum minor modification. And lastly you must clearly communicate your timeline, schedule, and downtime. I do not want to be working with you and then suddenly you go offline leaving me wondering when you are coming back. Best of luck and thanks for looking at my project.
