Full stack developer for WebApp

Hi, guys. We need a web app with the following features: Module I (clients) 1) Sign-in / Login 2) Search picture using client code 3) Search picture by: Date, Place, Photographer 4) View Pictures (with brandmark) 5) Online Payment (we will use the brazilian gateway called [login to view URL]) 6) Download bought pictures (without brand-mark) Module II (Photographer) 1) Login 2) Auto upload from camera (DSLR or GoPro) 3) System will add brand-mark to all pictures 4) Basic Photo Edition (crop, rotate, brightness & contrast, saturation) 4.1) Using the edition, the photographer will be able to name (and save) a new filter and use while uploading the pictures 4.2) Save the filter (can be used in other pictures) 4.3) Write "GreenCom" at proposal text to let me know you read everything - proposal without this word won't be accepted 5) Choose the pictures that will use this filter 6) Generate a client code (to access the pictures) 7) Send the code by SMS to client / Show the code to photographer Module III (System Admin) 1) Sign photographers (add, edit and delete) 2) Sign Places (City Park, Shopping A, Beach B) 3) Statistics (access, downloads, users, sells, etc) 4) automate marketplace option (send money the photographers) The idea is to have a photographer on a tourist place and allow him to upload this pictures to the system using the 4g network from photographers mobile phone. As a web app, it should be able to work on a browser, iphone and android. If you have any ideas, let me know.
