Fixing some bugs on a web-site on Wordpress platform

We have some problems with the format of one web-page on our website. Usually, I was editing the website myself, but now, for some reason, there are some issues with the coding, and the web-site doesn’t let me correct it. As you can see the text jumps from one section into another. Also, depending on the size of the browser the format of the text changes.  Examples: 1st screenshot - full size page 2nd screenshot - half size page I'm looking for a programmer who can cleanly fix this issue without creating further issues. Also, I will need a programmer who will explain how they fixed the problem, and if needed to provide instructions how to avoid the future problem. As a point of reference: [login to view URL]
