Fix wordpress website problems

Hi there, I got a Wordpress website setup a few months back. The template is great, but some features seem to have problems. I think one of the pro's here should be able to fix this in 30 minutes or so. What I need is: 1) The template had pages preloaded - please cleanup the backed so that I only have the pages that the website currently uses 2) Under the section "technical Details" it shoud be possible to download pdfs - whatever plugin is used, it should show the "Acrobat pdf icon" - it must be very clear that this is a document for download 3) Language selection - I think the template uses "google translate" to translate the pages in the different languages???? This is bad. I want to have it, as it was in the old days. For instance the page "technical details" should be there 2 times. It should be there in German language and English language. The menu selects which page to take. The page uses "project container" which appear on the front page [Container 1 - Build Concept | Container 2 - Build Process | Container 3 Details ] The container should change the headings according to the language selection. I am happy to spend 50$ on this, because ideally this was supposed to be included in the initial project - but it didn't happen. I am happy to make 2 milestone payments 25$ each. I am online approx every 2 days - please don't be disapointed if I don't respond immediately
