Fix Deprecated code in wordpress theme and some self written plugins

We have a project that was done in Wordpress 3.x and some features are not working anymore. I want you to go through the code and fix all code that is or will soon be Deprecated.
That includes the Theme, some "includes" and some self written code. (for example get_currentuserinfo is depricated and needs to be replaced by wp_get_current_user() in a way everything still works.
In the end, debug mode should not show those errors anymore. Since its hard to overlook everything and get an impression of how much work this really is, this first project is only to fix bugs so that one specific page works without errors in debug mode. ([login to view URL] edit page in admin)
The project will then be closed and if everything is solved to my satisfaction, I will continue to hire you to fix the whole site.
It is a productive website, so you need to be careful. Also we use a git system via bitbucket that you will need to use.
Please make your bit only to solve the problems in attached file. With everything else we can deal later.
