Facebook Alerts - Scraper

Dear Coders, I am looking for a talented coder to build a piece of software to be hosted on my dedicated server or Amazon enabling me to create email alerts from keywords found on Facebook Groups. Specifically we are trying to give local businesses an alert to engage with a potential customer who has posted on a Facebook group looking for a recommendation for a local product or service. We are a member of many local groups and these types of recommendation/looking for a type post are very common. Please note: Many of these groups are closed and require membership. Here's how I see it working. We have an admin panel (used by us) which enables us to add new clients (those who will be using the system) and define how many groups and keywords they can specify within each group for scraping. We also define the scraping frequency...something like "x" time(s) per "hour/day/week". I want to be able to limit the number of groups and keywords we scrape as I realise this will create significant server load if left without limitations. We'd have access to view and edit the clients data...that is, their groups, keywords, preferred email for alerts as well as the ability to reset their admin password. We'd be able to add, edit, suspend and delete clients from this admin panel. I'd also like to log how many times the client is being sent alerts(based on date range). Within the clients admin area, we'll let users login and define their preferences including: Name Email Facebook Login and Password (cloaked) Group(s) and keywords to scrape. The system will log into the clients facebook account on the predetermined frequency (as defined by system admin), scrape the data within the defined Facebook Group since the last scrape and search for respective keywords. If the keyword is found, a screen shot of the post is taken and this along with the post URL are sent to the clients defined email address. It is up to the client to respond to the post. We will not post onto the Facebook Group on the clients' behalf. The keywords used will be defined similarly to how Google Adwords uses broad match modifiers...example below: Keyword 1: +electrician Keyword 2: +sparky Keyword 3: +recommend +electrician Keyword 4: +suggest +electrician Keyword 5: +looking +electrician Keyword 6: +want +electrician Keyword 7: +need +electrician In the above examples, keywords 1 and 2 would trigger on mention of "sparky" or "electrician", however keywords 3 to 7 are more likely to relate specifically to those who are actively looking for a recommendation as they require 2 specific keywords to be included within the post. For each client/group/frequency period, you'd need to login to Facebook which could get quite demanding. If you believe the server load would be excessive, please advise and we'll move development to Amazon where we can scale the server specifications accordingly. Coder Requirements: No automated responses - if you can't quote based on the merits of what I've written ask for clarification but do NOT post a dummy bid - I'm not interested. You must be familiar with using Amazon Web Services. I will not pre-pay on engagement - it's against Freelancer rules so don't ask. It's a relatively simple scraping software...I'll pay 2 milestones - first on demonstration that it works and second on completion.
