events calender

i need a events calender that will do the following. 1. i need to be able to have multiple calenders displayed by the day for each room in our office 2. i need to be able to add rooms or remove rooms easy 3. i need to be able to assign a staff member to certain hours of the day for each room 4. i need to be able to set the appointments for clients for each room each day. 5. the calenders that are made should be able to be scheduled on the 30 min mark each day from 8am - 9pm. the flow i want this to work is when the page is loaded it will show todays calenders for all rooms in that service like the attached file. user will be able to set the hours for a staff member that is assigned that room for the hours they are assigned to the room. there can only be one staff member to a room at a time. example. Pam has room 1 from 9am - 1pm and Jim has it from 1pm to 8pm. once a staff member is assigned to a room then a client can be scheduled for an appointment. appointments will never over lap int eh scheduler. if a user tryes to schedule a client to a room when there is no staff member assigned to the room they will have to choose a staff member during the client scheduling. user can schedule out as far as they wish. there needs to be a simple way for the users to go back and forth between days. i already have a system that has the staff members and the clients in a mysql database. this calender system needs to be able to be put into my current site with no major changes to my sites infrastructure already made. the calender layout should be like the attached file i have uploaded if you already have a scheduler you think you can modify to work as i need and integrate into our current system that would be great. if you can write this fast and simple that is ok also. i will be working with you on this so you will not be doing 100% of the work. all work will be done on my testing server and payment will be put in escrow only. if you contact me in any other ways then here i will just ignore you. please ask any questions in pmb and i will be happy to discus this with you. i need this done by the weekend. i have some simple ideas to make this easier to program so if your good at programming and easy to work with someone then this might be a easy job for you. i think its more going to be the ability to make it display right then the actual calender programming its self. look forward to ideas and picking someone that can do this and make it work the way we need it to.
