Need to build web based Employee Attendance Management system. Live attendance is recorded through ESSL biometric system. Role based access to web application for Admins (for doing company specific configuration and add employees) , Managers and Employees. Analytics for daily, weekly, monthly , yearly attendance and viewing. Employees will be assigned shifts and accordingly attendance will be recorded. First In and Last out time is required.
For Leave management, admin should be able to grant leaves as per leave policy, employees will apply for leaves and managers will approve it. Leaves should reflect in weekly, monthly shift rosters. Admin should also be able to configure leave rules and minimum hours required in office and accordingly notify and apply leave penalties.
