Edit parts of a Website

Overview: I have a wordpress site that is 90% built and therefore needs a few finishing touches. There are 3 tasks that need to be done, they are: Task 1: I have old code of a PHP calculator that I need to be re-written to match the formulas I have in an excel spreadsheet (both of which are attached). For the calculator there are 4 fields that data needs to be entered into: • Property Type (drop down box) • Purchase Price (free fill box in £’s) • Purchase Date (user may only enter a year) • Tax Rate (drop down box) When they press enter the calculator will show them what the expected Capital Allowances as a % of their property value that may be found is (this is dependent on property type and purchase year) and then show them the tax relief they will obtain from that (which uses the capital allowance % against the purchase price and tax rate). It is a relatively simple calculator. Just a matter of saying if the property was purchased before 2008 and is a certain type of property then it will have a CA claim of XX%, but if it was the same property but purchased on or after 2008 then it would be YY% and so on. You then multiply the purchase price by the ca %, and you multiply that figure by their tax rate to give you the tax relief. So once the person presses enter, the calculator will do the above calculations and give the person ‘Expected CA Findings’ (as a %) and ‘Expected Total Tax Relief’ (as a £). It will then have a button to press called ‘Make a Claim Now’ that they can press that will take them to a pre-built claim form that we have. Task 2: I want to imitate the scrolling that can be seen on this website: [login to view URL] By that I mean that when you scroll down, the top picture of the city landscape doesn’t move. Rather the rest of the site scrolls up over the picture. I have the site set up with a picture already in place. I therefore want that picture to remain static and for the site to scroll up over it like it does on this site. Task 3: The site needs to be responsive. So I need it to be modified to be able to do so on all screen types. Conclusion: I believe that covers everything. Any questions please ask.
