Drag and drop gantt in excell -- MAIN INTERFACE NEED TO BE DONE IN 2 DAYS!

I need to create a drag and drop tasks gantt chart in excell. I also need to be able to select some tasks and create a bundle (group them by date). I also need to add some restrictions to these bundles of tasks, so if one of these restrictions happen, this tasks cannot join the bundle. I have a dashboard in an excell created using pivot table. I want to do is the gantt chart that i have created from my pivot table, to make it drag and drop or to generate with this info a drag and drop gantt chart. Other option could be to publish this dashboard in to a php site, like bluehost, and add a drag and drop gantt chart there, because the dashboard will be used by one or more users from the data tab i create a kind of chart in the forecast tab I want this gantt chart in the fab to be drag and drop so that i can move the task easily I also want to filter the tasks from my gantt chart, such us using slicers as in excell With that functionality can i drag and drop tasks so that dates are updated automatically when i move tasks?
