Develop and deploy Joomla based website

Our client needs to develop a (subscription based) membership website running on Joomla platform. The website will be used to provide access to educational videos based on particular membership package. The videos will be hosted on Vimeo Pro. Overall structure will be similar to [login to view URL] More details will be provided to a winning freelancer.
--- Technical Requirements ----
- OS - CentOS 6/7
- HTTP Server - Apache 2.4
- DB Server - MariaDB 10.1
- Software - PHP 7
- Platform - Joomla 3.6.2
The server is yet to be purchased/setup. We will be using either a VPS or a dedicated server. You will be required to provide basic assistance with server/db setup.
--- Joomla Requirements ---
- We will provide a set of .psd files that will need to be transformed into responsive template. There will be approx. 10 pages in total.
- If required, we can purchase and provide a base template (e.g. [login to view URL]) or you can utilize one of existing templates you have already.
- The site will need to incorporate all the basics – multilingual support, payment provider integration, social integration, etc.
- We will be using either:
o “Membership Pro 2.6.1” extension ([login to view URL])
or
o “RSMembership!” extension ([login to view URL])
- We will be using 5-6 additional basic extensions (social integration etc.)
More details will be provided to winning bidder.
