Hi, 1. You will need two types of mobile apps (one for worker and another for the customer). 2. You will require a back end server + database (hosted on Amazon or on a similar host). This will expose the APIs which will be used by the mobile apps as well as the admin web site. 3. On cost, we've quoted bit more than your range as this include web back end development, admin pages, and two types of mobile apps. We can discuss more if you are interested. 4. Do you want apps with the native UI or a phonegap / cordova solution? Building native apps for each platform for two apps will take more time and effort and will cost bit more.
