Create a Wordpress template from HTML5

Hi, ** Important to read the specs of this project, if you don´t you'll not be considered when we choose a freelancer for it ** To Create a Wordpress theme from existing HTML5 site. Today i got a site that we have done in HTML5. The site is very nice and we like it a lot so we are gonna keep the design and all the elements on the site but we would like it in Word-press to be able to update it easier and faster. The site is: [login to view URL] We want to keep everything as it is design wise but we also want to add certain elements that will make it easier to handle the site. Those elements are: 1. The slider on first page should be easy to change the text. 2. The skills set should be easy to update, today we do it in php. 3. All the text etc should be able to change as a normal WP template so we can optimize for SEO purposes. 4. The "Fakta om oss" on the landing page should be easy to change, today we change the numbers in PHP files. 5. The pricing tables should be able to change as normal, today we do it in html5. 6. The contact form is a custom made form, we can use contact form 7 for this purpose but style it the same and have it redirect to a thank you page with the Google tracking code. 7. The map area should be easy to change the info (address,tel,etc) if we move. 8. The header tags such as h1, h2, h3 etc should be change to proper respond the design so we can have extra classes of the h tags to boost seo. For example do we want more h1 and h2 tags to use in normal text and size on white background meaning more classes in different sizes. As for the the rest of the pages its as it follows. 1. "tjänster" this page should be the same and be editable as normal. Today we change the html and php, would be nice to just change the text so we easily can add new services. 2. "logotyper" This is a normal page which we jsut wanna be able to edit like normal in wordpress. 3. "priser" This is normal page which we need to change the text from time to time but here are the pricing tables that we need to change and add and remove from. 4. "portfolio" Here we need to be able to fast put up new projects in a portfolio, we have made the php code etc and just need a easy way to update it inside Wordpress. Project name and date on each projects but we would also like to add a sorting function to the portfolio so you can easy sort between web-design, web-systems, logotypes, Video, Other. 5. "faq" this page will work as normal, we add some questions here and there but its not updated all the time. So edit as normal on this one. 6. "om oss" needs normal edit in Wordpress and the ability to easy add a new team member to our team with the current info (image,title,name, info and facebok,linkedin and mail). 7. "kontakta oss" This is normal page with the contact form, we will use the contact form 7 but styled the same with the thank you page that we will create in Wordpress. Extra: We want you to make a sub-menu (drop-down) for the menu in the top, meaning something that fits the design that is transparent on the main-page in the top but then change when you scroll (check the effect when scrolling). This way we will be able to add pages to the services "tjänster" page etc which we will soon. Also wanna add the video on the main-page inside a Macbook laptop, image will be provided. We got all the FILES, HTML, CSS, PHP , JS etc so you´ll get all of these if you win the project so you can easily see the styles and how it works. All files will be provided which should make it a lot easier and faster for you to create this template. Time-frame for this is about a 1 week from start but the faster the better.
