Create a Social Networking Platform- PHP

We have a small Project mgmt and office mgmt solution. We want to extend it further by adding a Forum module in which our registered users can : 1. Collaborate like a forum - Add comments / media 2. Setup their wall, follow-up people, team , groups, - Create algorithms for recommending related people , projects 3. Groups can be public, private and B2B enterprise level, and their activities will be fed to Forum Wall 4. Messaging - like linkedIN - not real-time but almost real-time 5. Admin functions - to monitor and manage new post; Import a range of posts and projects via excel 6. Forum Wall(like facebook wall) should have feed both from B2B and B2C activities . i.e. cross organization actions, and in-group actions. 7. CMS - Create and Manage Articles posts 8. Subscription based newsletters for CMS interested categories for users. You need to develop and assure quality by sharing a good test report . We have some 25+ UIs created already for this. If the number of UIs increase, then we will pay extra as per proportionate number of pages. We need companies who have dedicated PHP resources to work with us for long term.
