Convert Mobile Website to Phonegap App

We want to convert an existing mobile website: [login to view URL] Into a phonegap application for iOS + Android using the Phonegap Build file transfer plugin: [login to view URL] I have already made a native phonegap app ( [login to view URL] ) but due to issues with iOS 9 the file uploading doesn't work. We have already made a prototype phonegap app using the file transfer plugin. I would provide this prototype, all code used in the mobile app and database structure. All you need to do is re-organize the code into separate front-end (JS/HTML/CSS) and back-end components (PHP/MySQL) and add in the file-transfer plugin, not necessary to add any new features. The back-end should be an API that is called by the front-end via AJAX. Many components of the mobile site already make AJAX calls so not so much work to do. PHP code is organized in object oriented custom framework. Client is a USA lawyer and VERY PICKY about legal issues. Therefore preference will be given to USA citizens. Anyone we hire must be willing to: - verify identity through pictures of government ID (e.x. driver's license) + utility bill - sign an NDA - have a criminal background check. Timeline for project is 1 week. If this goes well can lead to long-term work, this project has been in development for over 2 years already.
