Conversion of an existing e-textbook into an interactive ebook, and integration to a PHP site.

I am looking for a team of developers who can help me convert one chapter from an existing e-textbook into a digital interactive ebook. You will need to integrate the interactive ebook into my existing website, the website is in PHP and the database is in JSON. We plan to make the textbook interactive by providing various tools for the user and implanting simple interactive animations into the text. You will need to convert the text and headings in a way that looks visually appealing, and you will have to place pictures/videos/animations where we request. This is only one chapter of the book. If this goes well, we will contract you for the development of the rest of the book. This time, you are making the framework for the e-book, which you can then apply to future chapters. The following tools will be required: table of contents, ability to highlight text, ability to take notes and post stickies on the text, search function, zoom function, hyperlinking specific words. The attached document outlines the features and what exactly we will need them to do. Along with the tools we will require integration of some animations in iFrame format. Within the text, we want these animations to be embedded. We will provide detailed specifications prior to awarding the project. Depending on the success of this project my client will commission the development of making an additional 30 chapters interactive. I hope to establish a continued relationship with whomever I award this project to and would want them to work on the rest of the textbook (for additional payment). Consider this as the first of many projects. We need this to be done by Nov. 20th.
