Comprehensive Inventory and Sales Tracker

I’m looking for a freelancer to build a clean, high-quality website for my trading card business, PokeVaultHTX. I want the website to be a smooth, modern, single-page scrolling website instead of having multiple separate pages right away. The goal is to have everything flow on one main homepage, with each section acting almost like a clickable or expandable menu. The website should feel professional, trustworthy, easy to update, and simple for customers to use on both desktop and mobile. There can be a dropdown or hamburger menu in the top right or top left corner, but the menu should mainly jump users to sections on the same page instead of opening a bunch of separate pages. The main website sections should include: Home / Logo / Intro Ever-Changing Inventory Sell / Trade With Us Grading Services Event Calendar PSA Guards / Giveaway FAQ Contact / Visit Us At the top of the website, I want our PokeVaultHTX logo displayed cleanly. As customers scroll, I would like the logo to fade, shrink, or transition smoothly into the next section where it has our new shop info . I want the top of the site to feel like a clean intro screen, not cluttered. For the inventory section, I want a section that says something like “Ever-Changing Inventory.” This section should show rotating photos, recently added items, or featured inventory. I do not want customers to automatically purchase individual cards directly from the website right away. Instead, I want the website to display available inventory in a clean, professional way, with each item having a “Reserve / Inquire” option. When a customer clicks an item, they should be able to contact us by Instagram DM, email, text, or phone to reserve the card or ask about shipping anywhere in the U.S. This setup is important because I want to confirm availability before accepting payment, send additional photos or videos of the card, answer condition questions, and avoid overselling items that may also be available in person, at events, or through social media. Each inventory item should ideally include: Product photo Item name Price Short description Condition or grade Availability status “Reserve / Inquire” button Options to contact by Instagram DM, email, text, or call Optional “Request Shipping” option For high-end cards, slabs, raw singles, sealed product, or one-of-one items, I want the buying process to feel more personal and secure. The website should help customers start the conversation, but I want to manually confirm the final sale before payment is collected. I also want a “Sell / Trade With Us” section. This should let customers know we buy and trade for Pokémon, One Piece, slabs, raw singles, sealed product, collections, and other high-value TCG items. This section should include a simple inquiry form where customers can submit: Name Contact information Photos of what they want to sell or trade Asking price if they have one Whether they want cash, trade, or both Any condition notes Preferred way to be contacted For the grading services section, I want a clickable or expandable section that says something like “Grading Services Now Accepted From Any and All Companies.” PSA submissions will always be handled in person, and the paperwork side of grading is already covered. This section does not need to replace our in-person grading paperwork, but it should explain the service clearly so customers understand how it works before bringing cards in. When customers click this section, it should expand or open into a detailed explanation of how our grading submission service works. This section should explain: What grading companies we accept submissions for That grading submissions are handled in person What customers should bring with them What information may be required What fees may apply What to expect during the process Estimated turnaround times Shipping, insurance, and possible upcharges How customers will receive updates Any cleaning or pre-grading options we offer This section needs to feel professional and trustworthy because customers will be leaving valuable cards with us. For the event calendar section, I want an interactive calendar that I can update regularly. Customers should be able to click events and see details. The event calendar should include: Event name Date Time Location Event details Buying/selling information Specials or giveaways happening that day I need to be able to update this calendar myself as events change. For the PSA Guards and giveaway section, I want a headline section promoting our PSA Guards and giveaway. This should be the only section of the website where customers can directly purchase through checkout. PSA Guards should have a direct checkout option using Square. Customers should be able to select the quantity of PSA Guards, enter their contact information, enter their shipping address, and pay online. PSA Guard / Giveaway details: PSA Guards are $10 each Shipping is $5 per guard Available to customers anywhere in the United States Checkout should be handled through Square Customer contact information from checkout should be saved Completed purchases should be used to assign and verify giveaway entries The customer’s email and/or phone number should be attached to their giveaway entry information Square order/payment records should serve as proof of purchase Entries should be tracked clearly so we can match purchases to giveaway tickets back at base camp in Houston This section should clearly explain: The giveaway prize How to enter How entries are tracked Who is eligible Shipping terms Drawing date or drawing details How the winner will be contacted The PSA Guard / giveaway checkout needs to be clean, simple, and easy to understand because it will be used by both local customers and online buyers anywhere in the U.S. I also want a clean FAQ section to answer common customer questions. The FAQ should cover questions like: Do you buy cards? Do you take trades? What cards or products are you looking for? Can I reserve a card online? Can you ship cards anywhere in the U.S.? How do I request more photos before buying? How do grading submissions work? Are grading turnaround times guaranteed? What happens if there is a grading upcharge? How do PSA Guard purchases work? How do giveaway entries work? How will the giveaway winner be contacted? Do you accept card payments? Where are you located? What are your hours? At the bottom of the site, I want a contact / visit us section that includes: Business name: PokeVaultHTX Instagram: @PokeVaultHTX Location or booth information Hours of operation Contact button Link to message us Optional map or directions I also want an easy admin dashboard where I can update the website myself without needing coding knowledge.
