This is a QR code/Barcode Scanning App for Events
Before the event, user goes to the web control panel, and upload the attendee list by CSV.
On the web control panel, I can upload the attendee list by CSV. This has to be done before using the app.
On the web control panel, I can see the attendee list.
User login to the app, then download the attendee data from the web control panel into the app.
User can read the QR code /barcode brought by event attendees.
The app verifies attendee by matching the scanned data and pre-uploaded database.
If it is successfully verified, "Check-in complete"message and the profile information is shown on the screen. Success sound can be heard. If "OK" is tapped, or wait for 5 seconds, it is ready to scan the next.
If verification is failed, "Check-in error" message is shown. and error sound can be heard. If "OK" is tapped, or wait for 5 seconds, it is ready to scan the next.
On the app setting screen, you can set "Self Check-in mode". if it is turned on, no need to tap "OK".
Even if there is no QR code/barcode, you can search by unique ID and check-in.
The app shows the real-time total number of check-in.
The app shows the uploaded attendee name list. The list shows check-in status. "Checked-in" /"Not Checked-in".
If user want to see "Who hasn't come yet", the list quickly show it on the app.
The uploaded individual attendee's profile can be seen on the app. (Name, Company Name, Job Title, Mobile, Email address,Table No, Seat No, Remarks)
User can use this app by multiple iPhone/iPad.
User needs to login and can use the app.
If user login by same account on multiple devices, check-in scanning can be done by the multiple devices.
This mobile app can be used under both online and offline.
Under online, data will be auto-synchronized.
If iPhone A scan 3 person, and iPhone B scan 6 persons, both shows "9 persons has checked-in".
Under offline mode, iPhone A and iPhone B's info cannot be synchronized. But the app itself can work. Before using the app, the app needs to be under online.
The user can use this app for multiple check print and different events.
The user can manually modify/add/delete the database on the web control panel.
User can download the attendee list by CSV.

Only iOS app (iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad)
*If iPhone or iPod touch, the screen is portrait.
But if iPad, the screen is landscape.
