Cloudconvert API plugin for Wordpress Site -- 2

I want a wordpress plugin that allows a wordpress site to: 1. Upload a *.mov video file (normally not allowed by wordpress) 2. Then Using one of the many wordpress filters (relating to media uploads) determine whether an about to be uploaded file is a ".mov" file and if it is then first convert that file to a *.mp4 file using the cloudconvert api at [login to view URL] and then continue with the upload. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS 1. This plugin does not need an admin page or any modal popups JUST KEEP IT SIMPLE 2.
