chrome browser extension bot / robot for order checkout system x2

i need 2 bots / browser extension developing, for google chrome. - 1. We can enter a url in the bot, it opens the page of the ecommerce store we use and depending on our bot settings (number of product orders, number of items to export, number of pages to take data from), the bot takes all product ids, titles and prices for each product found and exports them to an xls. - 2. We have a php interface with lists orders from our site. When we open an order we need a button to click that will open our suppliers website and add all the items to the cart, add customers shipping address etc and go to checkout page so all we must do is confirm the payment. When done the order confirmation number and order date etc and entered back into our php interface and the page submitted. Please note; A user can have multiple products / items in the same order, and some products have variations the user has selected (colour / size etc). You must be an expert in - bots / automation / scraping google chrome extensions php js Budget is $250 for all.
