Hello,
I want to make medical appointment booking website in PHP(Codignator) framework with Angular JS and also API. it would be great if any developer can start work soon and complete this work within Max 45 [login to view URL] of analysis and most of designs are ready.
We will provide basic wireframe and design and document. It's your job to complete the full design and get the our approval for the Website and Admin panel . For this we will provide detailed schedule and time frame how everything will be processed. Once your bid is accepted for review than we will move forward. You are required to finish the project within 45 days from accepted date from us. We will decide the full schedule what task needs to be done by daily and weekly.
Project have simple requirements. I am describing module
Doctor Module
- register / login / email verification / phone verification
- update document(ID,licence and other in PDF,Image) and request to verify
- add clinic(owner) OR search clinic and request to add
- can add receptionist
- can see statistics(bookin,new patient, cancellation,recheduletd, clinic page visit count, profile page visit count,reviews,walk-in,pending appointment,confirmed , not-confirmed appoitment)today,last 7 days, month or perticualr month,recently
- doctor/receptionist add time schedule month wise
- doctor/receptionist view booked appointment , can block slots for walking appointment
- receptionist can mange(reschedule, confirm, reject) appointment(online/ walk-in & online walk-in both)
- receptionist can add patient(invite and system will generate user and send credentials to user)
- receptionist can generate report of patient and send to patient
- receptionist can see the patient data
- on complete appointment receptionist can add prescription in system.
- receptionist / doctor can add medicines
User
- can search doctor (by speciality, disease, location, insurance OR clinic)
- doctors list (list + map)
- doctor detail and select date time and fill the information and verify appointment by phone verification
- can update profile (height, weight A-Z medical and decease related information)
Admin
- can verify doctor
- can verify clinic
- can have dash boards(new registrated doctors,users,this month registration etc)
- can send emails (promotional email , new features , in-short admin can add category and set email format DYNAMIC)
- can send push notification to doctors, patient of particular city state or filtered.
system
- weekly statistics emails, notificatins, push notifications
- daily appointment push notification to doctors
- feedback/faqs/about/t&cs
- emails & push notifications
- system has admin account & also admin employee account (added by admin)
