Build the school game "assassin"

Hi! I want a simple but functional game system of the school game "Assassin". The system must include an admin panel where I log in using a simple 4 digit pin, I can add players and fill in the information: e-mail, full name, classname, year and enter a 10 digit number that will be the players login code. I must be able to start, pause and end the game both manually and automatic, also be able to kill, remove and revive players manually. I want to see simple stats like how many is killed and alive and obvious who the winner is when the game end. Then a front panel where the players login using their 10 digit pin to see the full name of who their gonna kill. When they killed och got killed they choose one of the options below the names and get a sample code that both need to enter on each others page to verify it's correct, the killed player is then then set to "killed" and cannot login anymore but will still be show in the log file. After the game has ended I manually wipe the player database. The graphic design does not has to be big, just simple so I can edit easily by myself.
