Build a Newsletter Creator

This project is to create a custom newsletter generator. The generator should accept a set of variables we track on each of our clients. These include interests, their location, etc. The software should read our list of contacts, then combine articles from multiple RSS feeds (including a thumbnail photo for each) with a template and snippets marketing information into an HTML file that can be used as a newsletter email to our client. It should include a master list of RSS feeds that we use, plus a list of snippets that are marketing material for our company. It should support multiple themes that could come from ThemeForest. It is very important that every article that has been sent to a specific client is not duplicated in a future email, so the ones sent must be tracked. Additionally, one section of the newsletter should contain a sentiment rating of all articles that come up for the the list if interests of a client, and this sentiment should be presented in a fun, graphical format at the top of the newsletter. You should select the API (Google, or something else) for running the sentiment analysis. The HTML news letter generated must look great, and be easy to read. Something similar to how Flipboard looks or other apps that aggregate news.
