Hi there, I'm Matt Sergei (do call me Matt) and can create your PHP script similar to the WeatherBot example in the SnatchBot reference. If you don't find other suitable freelancer, the task is relatively easy. Proposing: 1. Your Excel sheet saved as simple CSV file. 2. PHP script that reads it, parse it and calculates the response based on your formulas. 3. And you'll need to call the script in the bot configuration with proper parameters. I understand what needs to be done (simple PHP), will put HTML5 output to PHP response and expect no issues here. Due to other work I can do that in 5 days.
