Hi, We have prior experience in making e-commerce front end and managing orders in the back end to complete it with payment gateways and Shipping. I have read the document that you have attached here. I shall recommend to have your DB built in Mongo DB because it is built to deal with BIG data. Moreover, for the searching and indexing capacity, a Cloud based hosting should be implemented. We may not do the Third step as we are a Software development company.
