hi I think best option is to implement the form as a single page,multi step form in Ajax (so page won't reload upon different selections). when user submits the form, it's a good practice to keep the data in a db table, which also lets us list the contents. I can create a list/detail layout as you see on wp admins post/page interface. I would do this with just native PHP, HTML & CSS to write a form and then use the free FPDP class to create the PDF, requiring nothing else to be installed on your webserver. There's not much more to tell really, the math of the calculation shouldn't be too advanced, and the design of the page is up to your specifications. Looking forward to hearing from you
