Amazon to ebay dropship repricing tool

I need a solution required for Drop shipping from one marketplace to another- The two market places will be Amazon UK to eBay UK I want the software to function similar to Skugrid, Priceyak, and easync, etc I need the following features which I will list now briefly below, but I may need additional features 1. Price Changes The programe needs to track price changes on amazon uk (based on ASINs) then automatically change it on our ebay uk store. If the item is out of stock on amazon, then automatically the listing on ebay will go to out of stock 0 in the ebay inventory. Updates will include prices and stock only. Prices need to be able to have logic defined (for example if Amazon price is £X + eBay price is £x+20%). Minimum profit value also. If the item is in stock for Amazon FBA (only, not 3rd part sellers), eBay listing remains. If Amazon FBA stock is depleted, eBay listing is withdraw (written 0). I know this is quite a basic problem and someone might already have a written solution/API. Please only bid who have experience in making similar to the above already or/and be knowledgeable in these areas.
