add our form on our wordpress website -- 2

We have some 28-30 forms most of them in MICROSOFT INFOPATH, few in PDF and few in microsoft word. We want them to be converted to HTML ( RESPONSIVE) and uploaded on subdomain of our website. Any visitor can fill the form and save and print as well as save it as pdf. They shall be able to share or email those form to our one fix email. We expect 4 forms to be design and uploaded on our website per hour
