Account Application Tweaks

Hello! Please read the description really carefully before visiting any link o review documents attached. These tasks might be really simple and easy for the right person. I have this website https://www.officesupplytech.com. I'm implementing an online business account application powered by [login to view URL], the work is pretty much done. What I need is basically 3 things: 1. The form is divided into sections using an accordion functionality (bootstrap) I need that when you open or expand a new section the previous section that is open or expanded closes and if there is an error before submitting the form application show opens the sections with the errors. Also, the section has a class calling an icon from font awesome fa fa-chevron-down by default when the section is open that icon should change to fa fa-chevron-up. 2. Add a Terms and agreement scroll box with the functionality that ask the user that is required to read the terms and mark the checkbox accepting the agreement before submitting the form. 3. I have created a thank you page where the application once is submitted is going to be redirected. This thank you page have a VIEW PDF button that it will load a new page that has the PDF with all the information submitted for the user to print or save it in a good looking format (I will provide an example). At the moment the application is being delivered to the recipient email address the view pdf link should be added to this information that goes to the recipient email address. The application is working like a charm at this point. Feel free to test it first and change the recipient email address in [login to view URL] to be able to see how the application information is being delivered recipient email address.
