I have many years of experience in developing applications that send email without issues, look at my portfolio to see some of them. The last one was for a German company that sends to and receives email from hundred of customers. I don't use in my applications any services from third party, because it is preferable to integrate the SMTP POP3 protocols directly when needed, so the only limits for sending email are represented from the features of the account used to send them. But it is important to remember that an email can be blocked due to its content, so it is also necessary to pay attention to its structure. I don't know how the invoices are generated and which file types are sent, so I need more info. In any case I can generate an application to take all the invoices and send them automatically to the customers. Why should we rely on other software? We can make our own, is it not? There will be an interface where you will upload the contacts and an interface to schedule the email.
